Last updated: October 11, 2026. This page is a starting template — review and adapt it to your business before launch.
These terms govern your use of the Codeify Digital website and, in general terms, how we work with clients. Project-specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are always agreed separately in writing before work begins.
We provide website design and development, SEO, content writing, social media and YouTube management, video editing, graphic design, digital marketing, software development, and website maintenance. Descriptions on this website are summaries; the agreed proposal for your project is what defines the work.
Every project is quoted individually based on its scope. A quote is an estimate based on the information available when it is prepared; if the scope changes, we will discuss and agree any change in cost before doing the extra work. We do not publish fixed prices on this website.
Projects move on schedule when clients provide content, access, and feedback in reasonable time. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any text, images, or other material you supply for use in your project.
On full payment for a project, the final delivered work for that project is yours to use for your business. We may describe and show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools, themes, plugins, and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
We follow sound, current practice, but outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads, and sales depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue results.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website or our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy substantial parts of its content without permission. Sample content on this site is marked as demonstration material.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always appear on this page. Questions: contact@codeifydigital.com or uraandigital@gmail.com or via the contact page.
